By downloading or using Mood Cycle Tracker ("the app"), published by Flit Soft, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app lets you keep profiles of people you care about, log the dates of their cycle, their moods and a few simple measures such as energy and sleep, and see an estimate of which cycle phase each person is in, together with a playful mood wiki for that phase.

Phases, predictions and wiki content are estimates written for entertainment and general interest. The app is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and gives no medical advice.

Never use the app for contraception, to plan a pregnancy or to avoid one, or to make any health decision. Everyone's body is different; if you have a health question, ask a qualified professional — and when in doubt about how someone feels, ask her.

You need an account to use the app, and you are responsible for keeping access to it secure. One account is for one person. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has got into your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

The profiles, dates, logs, notes and photographs you add remain yours. We claim no ownership of them, and we only use them to run the app for you: to store them and to show them back to you.

The information you add describes real people. Only add someone who knows and is comfortable with it, only add photographs you have the right to use, and never use the app to monitor, pressure, embarrass or harass anyone. Content that is unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit is not allowed.

Nothing you add is shown to any other member of the app. There is no feed, no sharing and no public profile.

Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the app or its backend, and do not use automated means to scrape it.

API keys you create inside the app are for your own use with your own data. Do not share them, and revoke any key you no longer need.

The app is provided free of charge and is offered as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.

The app depends on third-party services — authentication, storage and database hosting. An outage at any of them can stop parts of the app from working.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Flit Soft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or any decision made on the basis of a phase estimate or wiki content.

You can delete your account at any time from the account settings screen; deletion is permanent and removes every profile, log, photo and API key.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
