Deleting some of your data, without closing your account
You do not have to choose between keeping your account and removing something from it. Every item can be deleted on its own, from inside the app:
- A profile — open her, tap Edit, then Delete profile. Her logs and her photo go with her.
- A cycle log — open the profile, go to Logs, and tap the bin next to the entry. Her cycle numbers are recalculated without it.
- A profile photo — open the profile, tap Edit and choose a different photo; the old one is replaced.
- An API key — Me tab, API keys, then Revoke.
We also accept partial-deletion requests by email. If you would rather we did it, or you cannot reach the app, write to flitsoft.dev@gmail.com from the address on your account and tell us what to remove — particular profiles, logs or photographs, or anything else you name. Your account stays open and everything you did not name is left alone. We complete these within 30 days, and usually far sooner.
