Delete your account

You can do this yourself, from inside the app, without asking us. Here is exactly where the button is and exactly what it removes.

In the app

    Open Mood Cycle Tracker and sign in, if you are not already.

    Tap the Me tab, at the far right of the bottom bar.

    Tap “Data and account”.

  4. 4

    Tap “Delete account”.

  5. 5

    Type DELETE in the box (and your password, if the app asks for it), then tap “Delete forever”. That is the point of no return.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and the details taken from your sign-in provider.
  • Every profile you added — names, emoji, colours, birthdays and notes.
  • Every cycle log (period starts and ends, ovulation, spotting, symptoms), every mood log and every energy, sleep or other measure.
  • Every profile photo, together with the smaller copies made of it for display.
  • Every API key you created.

The stored image files are removed first, then the account record and everything attached to it.

This cannot be undone

There is no recycle bin and no grace period. Once the deletion runs, every profile, log and photo is gone and we cannot bring any of it back.

Cannot get into the app?

If you have lost access to your device or your sign-in, email flitsoft.dev@gmail.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
